1. Service Provider

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VizBase platform operated by Vizbase Ltd., registered at Krišjāņa Barona iela 30A, Centra rajons, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia.

2. Service Description

VizBase is an AI-powered visualization tool that transforms 3D model views into photorealistic renders. The service is designed for architects, interior designers, and visualization professionals.

3. Account Registration

To use VizBase, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Credits

• VizBase operates on a credit-based system. Each render consumes one or more credits depending on the selected options.
• Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization.
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage patterns.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to images you upload. You grant VizBase a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the rendering service.

Generated renders: All renders generated from your uploaded images are your property. You may use them for commercial purposes including client presentations, marketing materials, and portfolios.

Our platform: The VizBase platform, including its design, code, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of Vizbase Ltd.

7. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of subscriptions within 14 days of purchase.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data Processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using VizBase, you acknowledge that uploaded images are processed through cloud-based AI services for rendering purposes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rīga, Latvia.
